    Description

    WWI  letter 1st Co. Coast Artillery Corps sent from Corporal Herbert Larrabee at YMCA headquarters Muster Field. Framingham Mass to his mother in East Walpole Mass.
    Herbert went on to serve with the Company D 59 Ammunition Train. As a Bugler.
    Letter dated June 27th 1916 . . . Got in here at 2.00pm . .gonig to drill recruits about 2000 here . . 8th regiment will be here for a week . . Set up csmp and move it again. . . 6 to 8 hours drill a day  . . We’re not allowed to pitch pup tents so had to sleep in open . . .
