    Description

    World War I Letter from Camp Sherman - YMCA Letterhead - 1918 - William Clarkson.  The letter was dated January 10, 1918 at Camp Sherman in Chillicothe, Ohio.  Military record says he died of pneumonia at Meuse-Argonne in France just a year later on January 13th.  A very interesting letter in which the soldier anticipates being shipped out at any moment.  William was born in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
