This very elegant old pin is a rare find endeed!
Just in time for Holiday gift giving!
It is centered with
hand carved  in 3-dimentional view natural coral cameo bust of Medusa with wings and snakes on her head.
Cameo is framed in
beautiful hand crafted multi-pronged setting with applied leaves and balls (looks like one is missing)
Setting tests strong between 10K-14k solid gold, back pin is silver.
Could be worn as a pendant also.
Very rare, impossible to find and simply gorgeous it presents beautifully!
It will make a very fine addition to any Antique jewelry collection!
Condition
:
Very good condition for its age with light signs of wear including 1 ball missing,  back looks to have been lightly repaired around the center.
MARKS:
tests strong between 10K-14K gold.
