This item is new but was a convention sample, it has a split internal size tag, it is perfect otherwise. This is a pair of black spandex capri pants that have a glittered sequin hem skirt attached to it, there is a matching open glittered vest. The size is medium child and I have no others like it. Fun 1980's feel to them. There is no chain with this and there are little belt loops on the skirt for it. BT268
