Bal Togs style number 8645, V Front,
82% nylon/ 18% lycra straight leg jazz pants. Great weight of lycra, nice and durable. Size is PETITE adult which fits a child 12- 14. Laid flat waist measures 9 1/2 " and stretches to 14".    Front rise measures 7" and back rise 9 1/4".  29 inch inseam.
No irregularities but they do run small (bal togs just does).
