    Description

    Brand new with hang tags, Bal Togs style VL826, Burgundy Velvet wide leg pants with stretch waist.   Inseam measures 34".  Size is Ladies Plus 3X . Laid flat, waist measures 14" and stretches to 20". Bottom of leg at the hem, measures 12"  (laid flat).   Fabric is Polyester Lycra.   Great for class, stage, Praisewear or streetwear.
