Baltogs style NM8645,
82% Nylon/ 18% Lycra.  Color is Charcoal navy which is a muted navy.  They are straight leg slightly V Front waist jazz pants.    These pants run very small. The Petite adult, laid flat, waist measures 8" and stretches to 12".  Inseam measures 31".   The Large adult  (which fits like a SMALL Adult.  I've never seen any large adult that could fit into these pants) laid flat waist measures 11" and stretches to 15" with inseam measuring 33.5".T
