Brand new with original hang tags, Bal Togs 8425 Ladies Black Jazz Pants. Fabric is 82% Nylon/ 18% Lycra.  Available in Ladies sizes. To give you an idea of how small these run, size Petite adult  laid flat measures 9.5" at the waist and 15" at the hip.  The small measures 10" at the waist (laid flat) and hips 16".  The Large adult waist measures 11.5" and hips 19"  laid flat.  The XLA waist measures 12.25" and hips 21". They're serged at the bottom so you can hem these to the desired length.  BalTogs runs small so compare your measurements to the size chart to ensure a good fit.  TR11  TR35
