Payment
– Please make payment within 2 days of auction end, unless other arrangements are made.  If there are any issues, please contact me first before posting poor feedback or opening a case. Please allow me the chance to make things right.
Shipping
– US and Global shipping program for International. Any item valued over 0.00 must be signed for. I usually charge a flat fee for shipping and I don't mark it up. USPS service has increased significantly for 2021. The charges for mail are now based on your zip code and weight of the item.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please save all packing materials and email me. I ship items every other day, except Sundays and holidays.
International Buyers – PLEASE NOTE

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark merchandise values below what you pay for them or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Refunds & Returns
– If you are unhappy with the item or it doesn't fit correctly, refunds are accepted within 30 days of buyer receiving the item.  I strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds will be granted only when the item is returned in the same condition as when received. All items shipped with tags must be returned with the tags in place and garment must be clean and unworn. All items must be returned in the same condition as when received. Please email me if you are requesting a refund. I find that most issues can be worked out.
