Lovely Victorian 14-karat gold brooch with large amethyst Stone and small Pearl at the bottom setting is all twist  type with gold balls. The amethyst is in beautiful shape this stone is about a quarter inch long lby about an eighth wide maybe a little more oval cut amethyst lots of cuts going to the top which is flat... it's gorgeous.. Brooch is 1 inch long by half-inch widest point. Tiny and beautiful Mark 14k on back and a little maker Mark which I don't know underneath. The clasp is in good working order it slides in and then locks solid 14-karat gold all the way around.
