19th Century Victorian 14K Yellow Gold Garnet Knot Brooch/Pin
Presented is a fabulous, 14 karat yellow gold and natural garnet gemstone brooch
or pin. This is an American Victorian piece from the 19th century. The body of
the pin is done in a knot form comprised of intricately braided and textured 14
karat gold. The pin is set with 6 natural garnet gemstones. The stone are nice
quality and are well matched in color.
This piece has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be 14 karat
gold purity.
This piece is in excellent overall condition for its age. The pin-back and
clasp have been replaced and are strong and secure. There are no missing stones,
no damages and no other repairs.
The pin measures 1 1/2 inches wide and weighs 11 grams.
