Delaware & Hudson Railroad Corporation rulebook for railroad operators. This book is in good condition by the Ebay standards, with some pages having small tears but no other damage. In addition to the rules, the pages include a variety of colored diagrams.

We ship via USPS Priority mail or Parcel Select if a better value for domestic locations.

We offer combined shipping when it is practical. Please use the shopping cart feature to do this. Make ONE payment for all your items as paying separately will make it difficult to combine shipments.

All shipments are handled with care. We go through a LOT of bubble wrap and tape and recycle packing materials and boxes.
We ship  within 1 - 3 Business days of cleared payment. We do not ship on Sundays, or any day we or the Post Office are closed.
We are located in the northeast and occasionally bad weather can delay shipping.

International shipping rates vary by country and city.
First Class International not available on this item.
Buyer is responsible for any customs fees .
Please don't ask us to falsify the true value of a product or mark a package as a gift.
Many areas are too risky and expensive for us to ship to any more. We apologize for this although we have no control over the very high rates for some destinations.
